QRight Solutions is looking for **BUYER (US Procurement Specialist)** profiles for a US based client on a **short term contract** **(only IMMEDIATE JOINERS)**

**Job Details:**
* Process purchase orders, requisitions, and vendor setup requests accurately and on schedule
* Support re\-establishment of vendor agreements under the new company legal entity, including reissuing contracts, W\-9s/tax documentation, banking/payment setup, and vendor master data updates
* Assist in renegotiation logistics for existing vendor agreements (redlines, document routing, follow\-up, tracking) under direction of the Lead Buyer and Procurement Leader
* Communicate directly and professionally with external vendors regarding contract status, documentation requirements, pricing confirmation, and onboarding steps
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders (AP, Legal, Operations) to keep vendor re\-establishment moving without bottlenecks
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Prior experience with vendor re\-onboarding following M\&A, divestiture, restructuring, or Chapter 11 emergence
* Familiarity with vendor risk/compliance documentation (W\-9, COI, banking setup, sanctions screening)
* Experience working in a fully remote team supporting a US\-based SCM/Procurement function
* Prior experience taking direction from a Lead Buyer/senior buyer in a structured, task\-driven daily cadence
* Maintain accurate, organized tracking of vendor agreement status across a large and evolving portfolio (e.g., tracker/queue of vendors: contacted, in negotiation, signed, active)
* Execute daily task assignments from the Lead Buyer with minimal need for clarification or rework
* Flag issues, delays, or vendor pushback promptly and clearly so the Lead Buyer/Procurement Leader can intervene when needed
Follow and help refine new procurement processes as they are established during the post\-emergence period
Pay: ₹300,000\.00 \- ₹325,000\.00 per month
