**Assistant Procurement Manager**

A leading European manufacturer is setting up its India shared\-services centre and has partnered with Flexiple to hire early procurement talent. This is an entry into a hands\-on buying team at a respected global maker, with room to grow fast. **Role Overview**
As an Assistant Procurement Manager, you will support day\-to\-day buying \- raising purchase orders, chasing suppliers, and keeping the procurement cycle moving cleanly. It is a strong launchpad for a career in sourcing and supply chain.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Buying Support**
* Raise and track purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
* Prepare RFQs, compare quotes, and support supplier selection
* Maintain accurate purchase records, prices, and supplier data
**Coordination**
* Coordinate with internal teams on requirements and timelines
* Help resolve invoice, delivery, and quality queries with suppliers
**Ideal Candidate Profile**
* 0 to 2 years in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or a related role
* Strong attention to detail and an organised, follow\-through habit
* Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets; willingness to learn ERP tools
* Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote\-work setup
**Preferred Qualifications**
* An internship or project exposure to procurement or operations
* A degree in supply chain, engineering, commerce, or business
* Interest in manufacturing or shared\-services environments
