**Sourcing Procurement Manager**

A global logistics leader is building its India centre and has partnered with Flexiple to hire a sourcing specialist who can find, qualify, and win the right suppliers. **Role Overview**
As a Sourcing Procurement Manager, you will lead the front end of procurement \- building the supplier pipeline, running competitive sourcing events, and onboarding partners who deliver on cost, quality, and time. You turn requirements into a strong, qualified supplier base.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Supplier Sourcing**
* Identify, qualify, and onboard new suppliers across categories
* Run RFIs, RFQs, and competitive bidding events end to end
* Benchmark pricing and build a resilient, multi\-source supply base
**Evaluation \& Onboarding**
* Assess supplier capability, capacity, and compliance before award
* Negotiate commercial terms and manage smooth supplier onboarding
**Ideal Candidate Profile**
* 3 to 7 years in sourcing, vendor development, or procurement
* Strong supplier evaluation and negotiation skills
* A market\-research mindset and comfort with sourcing tools
* Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote\-work setup
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience sourcing in logistics, supply chain, or operations
* Exposure to e\-sourcing or auction platforms
* A degree in supply chain, engineering, or business
